This website is operated by Elite Commerce Limited, registered in Trinidad and Tobago. All rental and insurance payments are securely processed by Electronic Capital Limited LLC, a U.S.-registered company.

Vehicle Rentals
- Vehicles are rented on a daily basis at standard or promotional rates.
- Renters must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- A refundable security deposit may be required.
- Late returns, damages, or traffic violations may incur additional charges.
- A rental agreement must be signed before vehicle release.

Insurance Sales
While customers have the option to pay for their insurance policy at our location, please note that all claims, incident reports, or service matters must be handled directly with the issuing insurance company. We are not an insurance agency and do not manage claims or underwriting decisions.​

We have partnered with select insurance providers to offer this convenience, allowing customers to pay for and collect their insurance policy alongside their vehicle at our office. This service is offered solely to facilitate a smoother and more efficient transaction process.

Policies are non-refundable once activated unless otherwise required by law. Customers are responsible for reviewing all policy terms and conditions before purchase.

Payments
- All rental and insurance payments are processed by Electronic Capital Limited LLC via secure payment gateways.
- Charges will appear on your bank or card statement under "Electronic Capital."
- We accept major debit and credit cards.
- All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes or fees.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Rentals cancelled 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Insurance purchases are final unless cancelled within 24 hours and not yet activated.
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

Privacy & Data Security
- Your personal information is handled with the highest level of security and will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.
- Payment details are encrypted and processed securely through authorized gateways.

Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Users accept responsibility for reviewing and complying with all rental and insurance agreements.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
